You are welcome to visit our store to purchase your sneakers from our London store (MrSneaker, 410 Bethnal Green Road, London, E2 0DJ).
Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to offer any exchanges / refunds.
As we are a consignment store and (we act as a "middle man" / "agent") and we do not own the sneakers, once they are sold we deduct our seller fees and pay the consignee.
Some of the items we offer for sale are 5 plus years old and more therefore it is normal for some colour discolouration / yellowing including 'bleeding' of the sole (when the 'ice' / transparent sole discolours over time) and flaking of the paint (especially on the mid sole) is perfectly normal. This can happen immediately on wearing the sneakers or soon after. It is perfectly normal.
Customers are advised to wear these kind of products 'at their own risk / discretion'
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further clarification.
Please note that sneakers older than 5 years may have some slight discolouration/yellowing/bleeding of the sole and the paint may flake which is normal for a shoe of its age.
