We send every order with a reputable, tracked courier such as UPS, DHL, DPD or FedEx. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (working days).

UK delivery

• Standard delivery (2 to 3 working days): £4.99, or free on orders over £100.
• Express next working day delivery: £6.99; £4.99 on orders over £100; free on orders over £500. Available Monday to Friday for orders received by 11:00am.
• Saturday delivery: available on request at an extra cost.

A signature is required on delivery; someone else at the address can sign for the parcel. If nobody is home, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot or collection point.

International delivery

We ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Prices do not include import duties, taxes or courier handling fees in the destination country; these are charged by the courier or customs on delivery and are paid by the customer. If a parcel is refused or not collected, we will refund the item price once it is returned to us, less the original and return shipping costs. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

You can choose free Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our store: MrSneaker, 410 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 0DJ. You are also welcome to visit the store to buy in person.

MrSneaker sells sneakers on consignment: we act as agent for the owner of each pair and pay them once it sells. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Faulty or not as described

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, is not as described, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at info@mrsneaker.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

Older and pre-owned pairs

Some pairs we sell are five years old or more. It is normal for older sneakers to show some discolouration or yellowing, "bleeding" of clear or icy soles, and flaking paint (especially on the midsole). This can appear straight away or soon after the shoes are worn, and is not a fault. Any known condition issues are stated in the product title or description. Older pairs are worn at the customer's own risk and discretion.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and courier handling fees charged in the destination country are paid by the customer and are not refundable. If a parcel is refused or not collected, we will refund the item price once it is returned to us, less the original and return shipping costs.

Please note that sneakers older than 5 years may have some slight discolouration/yellowing/bleeding of the sole and the paint may flake which is normal for a shoe of its age. Some slightly older sneakers may have some issues with sole separation, which is perfectly normal.
